anyone wanna make a suggestion on an ice rod for steelhead?

@meathornofdoom get an old casting rod, shorten the rod and replace the handle, add a cheap reel and you have a decent ice rod. Dicks or Gander Mountain have rod/reel combos for about $20

No, Pennsylvania. All PA tributaries, like Ohio, are iced up. You can fish most where they enter Lake Erie.
