you just witnessed the Democrats give a standing ovation and cheer widly because of the disasterous Social Security and Medicare ENTITLEMENT programs. An entitlement program is when a group of people work and a portion of their paycheck is given to those people who DO NOT work. Basically both systems are bankrupt and Democrats are cheering for "rising costs to Americans" and "massive TAX increases on Americans". Do you understand now?
