2011 Ford F250 FX4 - Ready to Roll

I noticed on some 2011-2012 superdutys there's less leaf springs on them than the previous gen. Anybody know why did they thicken the leafs or modify the frame? Let me know thanks

@FORDandDEERE Nope the Power wagon is a fine truck. However Ford has best in class Towing and Horse Power. Ford doesn't build a diesel package that has additional power gears suspension winch exhaust brake etc etc. Like the Power Wagon. That is what we do here at Auto Styling. @abikerinpa the dealer wants to charge you almost 10 grand for the lift wheels and tires, i know this because a salesman at bankston ford told me. in reality that's a $1500 lift and $3500 wheels and tires. you pay almost twice as much having the dealer lift it than you would if you took it to 4wheel parts or something. when we got our f150 back in 06 the first thing we did was lift it. we voided our warranty, but we never had any mechanical issues with the truck until now, 135,000 miles later

@ChiefBigMeat i hear ya there.....i was maily interested in seeing if they kept the warranty, that dealership must cover the warranty cause when i lift my 2001 f250 with a 5" lift (brand new at the time in 2001) the ford dealership there said it was voided ....( no problems ever with truck though) and then i wonder if i was to buy a truck from there if a dealer will cover it from another state ?????
