And actually that chapter is from the Deathly Hallows. It is the chapter where Harry, Ron, and Hermione are caught by death eaters and taken to Malfoy Manor because that is where Voldemort is staying. There isn't a chapter in Half Blood Prince that has anything to do with Malfoy Manor.
