there was no sound because the scene wasn't fully edited. If you know anything about stage fighting, actors don't really hit each other. They hit air, and the "smack" sound added in post-production, but if the scene was cut early, then it never went through that process.

this scene should be at the movie! i bet a lot people would love to see her got hit on face! but i think the cut it to get more expectations for the end. GREAT MOVIE!!! ^^

omg...he hit her and then she hit him back! :O But it's okay, because there was no sound, which means that no one really got hit...or maybe they're just bad at aiming....
