No other chess player has done what Fischer did to world champions. His incredible attacking approach, his creativity and control of the game is absolutely outstanding!!
What an amazing player!! It doesn't get any better than this.
I really like your videos, but I think they would flow better if you would abbreviate the alternate continuations a bit. Perhaps just show the sequence of moves of those without explaining them every step of the way.
Nice Fischer's first win against Tal. Tal did kind of give it to him with the opening mistake at the beginning, but Fischer is an amazing player to drive the advantage home against Tal, one of the top 5 players in history imo.

wow. i love watching fischer games. nothing like it. so clinical. gets an advantage and just keeps building off it beautifully, crushing any attempts at counter play every time. great analysis. the best i've seen on youtube, you should make videos more frequently!
@GarrBear314 - I agree with you that Sean's Killegar Chess channel is far and away the best on YouTube. Spread the word with everyone you know so we can make this not only the best chess channel on YouTube, but also the biggest! Sean deserves the recognition.
Hey thanks for these videos. I just beat Leonard at Chess! I thought you would be happy to hear. Leonard plays chess outside the Barnes and Noble in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. I have lost hundreds of dollars to Leonard, but now..... I won 5 bucks!
Great video, would you consider posting the chinese 2011 chess championship - Zhao Jun vs Xiu Deshun? That was a seriously amazing game, white ended up with a queen sack and still won :)
who could've forseen how disastrously Nf3 would turn out?
Allowing Rxa6 looked insane but i caught on the first time i replayed this to b3 when Tal declined to play Qa5; Fischer's Q impossible to dislodge. Fischer cld be forgiven for playing Bxb5 snatching a pawn as Bh5! continuations were unclear. The Q sac was a fait accompli really b/c it's connecting up those dangerously advanced pawns with the rook dropping off nTal's pieces hopelessly unco-ordinated
WTF with the dislikes? I bet those were Tals sons

0:20 ... Qa5+ doesn't win the bishop as Qc3 threatens Bc8 but ... Qxc3+ bxc3 and Black is no longer in any danger.

@varishnakov - It is important to understand the why's of given combinations, or the opportunity to learn and become a better chess player is lost.

All this because Tal played Nf6 instead of a6.

Wow! Brilliant game from Fischer! I love it! The queen sac is fantastic

Sean: A great video, but I do not see how ...Qc7 protects the pawn on b5 tactically. If
Bxb5 Qa5+
Qc3
And then if ...Qxb5 then Qxc8+!, apparently winning a rook.
yootoob5 10 months ago
After Bxb5 why not Qa4?

Another concise, yet, comprehensive analysis. Thank you.
Your efficient clarification of game path options expertly illuminate the exquisite genius of Robert Fischer.
If chess players entertain heroes, Mr. Fischer was mine.
Your efforts are enjoyed, and appreciated.
