I say Hayes in a very small venue in Winters, Ca and I plan to see him again at this years Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco in Oct. He is the best thing that has come to the singer/songwriter genre in a long time...the humor of Todd Snider, writes like Townes and sings similar to Steve Earle...he is awesome in concert!

Looked forward to Ryan Bingham at the Strawberry Music Festival last fall but his management made a bad decision and went elsewhere after having a deal. He was replaced by Hayes Carll. This guy is so frigging good. he was a great hit, fun, funny and a fine performer.
