I would like more attention to be put on the classes before them that didnt win it all, but got this thing rolling. I know im going to be ridiculed for this one,but i feel that the 90-91 hogs were the better team over all. I mean come on, Lee Mayberry, Oliver Miller, and Todd Day. That was my favorite team of all time. Beatin Texas 4 times in the same year was great too.

@TH13beast we're starting "inexperienced freshmen". Ours are just a whole lot better than yours. BTW this looks like a good documentary, but what Pitino was doing at the same time at Kentucky was more productive/better. Kentucky eliminated Arkansas 4 straight years from 93-96 in the SEC Tourney and again in 98.

It worked great against inferior talent but struggled against really good teams so we adjusted and I will give richardson credit as he did what it took to win. too bad he had such a chip on his shoulder and left the program in a negative manner regardless of who is to blame.

Defensive pressure. an insanely deep bench, if the other team scores, get "the ball out of the net" and run, slash, cut. I would argue that not only did we use that philosophy when we won the championship but that it was the culture of Razorback basketball for the entire decade of the 90's. Save your backhanded compliments. Coach doesn't need them.
@coffeyallday I remember rolling in to Rupp our first year in the league and wearing you guys out. It was priceless seeing your wine and cheese crowd with their mouths wide open wondering WTH was happening. It took you 5 tries to get your 1st win against Nolan.

@chano4692. Where to begin? Lots of strong personality between our former AD (Frank Broyles) and Nolan. Really wish it could have been handled differently because Razorback fans loved Nolan Richardson. After Nolan was let go we made two terrible coaching hires and almost let the program die. Now we've hired Mike Anderson (Nolan's assistant head coach) and have brought back 40 minutes.
