wow thats sad when its ur time to go thou u cant argue and its not always gonna be a pretty sight. ive never seen a police crown victoria ripped in two like that i owned one and even in my accident of a combined speed of 100mph(between my car and the other car) it had moderate damage but insurance totaled it cuzz of the air bags but point is R.I.P to the trooper for just doin his job and i hope the other driver was charged for it

Second....I have never seen a Crown Victoria that torn up. The only cars I've owned have been Crown Vics and Grand Marqs, and been in a 50mph accident...it still drove til the transmission died.

It's implied — to me — that the Elantra failed to yield to an emergency vehicle but I didn't see where you stated the condition of the intersection. im from las vegas and we had three such fatalities in one year a few years ago, those most in any one year in the history of the department, one took place a half of a block from my home, i never met the officer though i was down there and seen the carnege first had the same time and the day following i was down there for a candle light ceramony... i was deeply saddened and yet i had never met the officer he was a single father 28 yrs old only a few yrs older than my self.. it touched my life.
