I second that. I quite like Exdeath and Gilgamesh if only because, compared to other Final Fantasy villains, they've got to be, hands down, the hammiest (for anyone who doesn't get what I mean by that: they're so ridiculously over-the-top that it's just funny, especially in the English translation of the GBA version where Gilgamesh even quotes POWER RANGERS of all things!).

I think it's when you battle him in Exdeath's castle. He says it before changing into a form with multiple arms (and a weapon in each hand). Remember, though, that's only in the English translation of the GBA remake, so if you've played another version before that may be why you didn't see it.
