who wants to get hypnotized?! You wouldnt even notice that you are...like the most of you who is already hyponotized by the "fame", TV, Magazines, the "norm" of your society and stuff like that. Protect your mind, learn how to judge by yourself without beeing affected by other poeple too much and be yourself!

Its annoying how poeple needs Gurus and Leader and Media to tell them what is right and what is wrong and still blabbling about how "free minded" they are..you cant decide by yourself?!

Diff between self-hypnosis and meditation?

Well, if you have ever been to a guided med. group where a leader tells you to walk along a beach or in a clearing in the forest or something like it, where you not told what to fell and what to see? That is in fact also a form of hypnosis.

And if we can agree that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, maybe the two are not so different after all?

But then again, pure meditation is "no thought" whatsoever. Which is very diff to hypnosis.

ALWAYS keep an open mind. And train your body a little with anything, so you can be aware of what your body is doing while you think. Don't sweat the small stuff, be awake. In this world being wide awake is like a dream, NOT like being hypnotized by whatnot.

hypnosis is just subconsciously programming you to do things... it sounds horrible.. but the good people at osho's meditation resort would not do any sort of negative thing to you... the energy there is more positive then a church...
