Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it
For a parfait you need one item that is whipped cream, or mousse, or pudding, or yogurt, and the other layers can be fruit or cake cubes--anything that blends well with the flavor and looks nice!
@bettyskitchen I want to make a banana one but I was wondering how much lemon juice will I have to pu so the bananas wont go brown? also how many days can I store a parfait in the fridge, and finally wont it taste sour with the lemon juice? can I put sugar on the bananas to conpensate...? thanks for the help
@AJDevilx Just a splash of lemon juice will be fine--less than a tablespoon. It will last in the refrigerator for about 3 days without a problem. Yes, you may add sugar to compensate for the lemon juice, but that's probably not necessary.
Thanks for your sweet comment! I have never made butterscothch scones, but let me research them a bit, and I will see if I can come up with something that is good! Thanks for the request!

SexyEyez89 2 years ago
That's a great idea! It will taste just about the same, and it will be a slimmer treat without the bananas! Great tip! Thanks!!!
