  • Never challenge spetsnaz to a dance off... Lol

  • Nice dance moves;)

  • ale wiocha ;d

  • 2:52 if i want to warm up my joint I´ll give him fire ;D

  • haha this guy might have started the dougie.

  • 0:46 that looked like it really hurt...

  • Woo Caps lock! :o

  • theese guys would be good dancers i bet

  • @flaopium138 I agree, I loved their dance moves.

  • @lonerangersheriff If you want me to dance on your face I suggest you shut up.

  • That's one scary ass Russian to fight. Initially you can't see how physically prepared he is, never the less imagine his mental approach and his combat skills.

  • I must say I have seen systema masters, but it seems like the functionality of Army rangers close combat training is much more effective for a the average soldier. i would like a russians thoughts. I am not saying one is better than the other, I certainly would not want to fight anyone trained in either martial art.

  • Bear paw push-ups are really difficult to do, he makes them look do-able!

  • 1:43 a new dance move?!

  • cant stop laughing at 2:57

  • These guys have to be extremely toned

  • Excellent j'adore! le dvd est toujours en vente? comment s'appelle t-il? merci

  • spetsnaz have sick dance moves

  • They could kill me while dancing O.O thats tough! :D

  • This is hillarious

  • i've seen many stupid comments about this. can i ask you people how say that this is a crap. can YOU do this? these exercises are really tough and tougher than lifting a 100kg weight and all that crap with bodybuilding in a gym

  • @6opyt No kidding, I saw that guy do those Bear paw push-ups in 3:40 and was like "WTF?! He makes that shit look easy."

  • @redeyeMangekyou hell yea

  • spetsnaz is one of the best fighting forces there is and theres no SAS or KSK to get in the way

  • @putt4bogey - yeah..shown in Beslan and the Moscow theatre! Seriously, man - learn your stuff and shut up!!

  • Some of the muscle building exercises are clearly not intended for beginners. I've done some of them in the past and they are pretty tough. Nice thing is they don't require much in the way of equipment.

  • I don't want to learn of DVD's, what are my options for seeking training/trainer...

  • @antoshahorosha Going to Russia would be a start, this is the Spetnaz we're talking about here.

  • @7heKctclys7 true, but I was looking for maybe gyms or dojos or whatever that offer training...

  • @antoshahorosha Nah their won't be any gym that teaches this. Just like Spetznas have this form of fighting, the US Green Berets have their own form of fighting as well though theirs is called Etadik ( don't ask ). But anyway, these hand to hand styles are only shown to those whom are in the Special forces and only for those in the special forces.

  • y do i feel like this is intended for comedy....

  • @blitzforce

    because of the candy wrapper.

  • @blitzforce becuase you have never seen systema in action?

  • @blitzforce hah i feel the same way

  • @blitzforce gota love the AK"s in the background. We are totally real Russian Spetznuts soldier! What more proof do you need than this AK-47 convinenetly placed in the background?

  • i am a practioner of ninjutsu, and i just wanted to say that this is a great video, and that i enjoyed it very much. We do a lot of the same stuff in my training.

  • Looks like disco dancing :0)

  • awesomeness always dreamed of goin to russia n now doin this is even better!!!

  • wat would be the reccomended age for this training

  • @omagadog54 18

  • Would it be alright for a younger age (let's say 15) to start training? Would it perhaps give them an early advantage?

  • @McIvan123 Would it be alright for a younger age (let's say 15) to have faith in God? Of course is OK! Kids start training in Martial Arts as young as 2 years old - its up to the kid and the parents.

  • Lol working with energy is a good way to train...but also amusing for the instructors.

  • they dont need any weopons. they can kill a guy with a knife with ther bare hands

  • Im German, and American, and i have nothing against Russia. Every Russian ive met has been a dam good Human being. I dont believe Russia or America is dumb enough to use nukes. we all should respect that in which gives us a home.

  • @kurbage I agree with you, however I belive there´s an huge difference between "people" of a nation or an ethnic group and "politicians" of the same group. "People" live in the real world and know to respect and treat eachother kindly. "Politicians" on the other hand lives in a fantasyworld where they think they always know what is best. People know the difference between criticing a "system" and critice a person.

  • @kurbage there the people civillians, the goverment dome of the cruelist black hearted human biengs in the world, a case a spetsnaz person refused to kill a hostige and was shot by the commander in front of the rest of the squad. Civillians are killed randoom shit goes down in russia a money grabing country with no respect or trust.

  • @kurbage Dude you have to understand though It's Facism - America VS Communism - Russia it's either one of those.

  • @LilWayneTheBestMC America is under no circumstances, real or fictional, Fascist in any way, shape, or form. Please understand what fascism is before you comment on it. An example of Fascism would be Nazi Germany.

  • @kurbage WE ARE ALL PEOPLE,THE MOTHER FUCKERS ARE THE POLITICIANS THAT WORK FOR THE BANKERS THAT SEND US PEOPLE TO DO THEIR DIRTY JOB PUTTING HATE IN US,WHEN WE GO TO WAR THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PEOPLE THAT DEFEND THEIR LANDS.A SOLDIER HAS MORE IN COMMON WITH THEIR ENEMIES THAN THEIR OWN GOVERNMENTS.

  • @kurbage Man, wold masters are juish, and they are provoke different nations against. all people in all countries are same. simple people i an russian, i have friend in usa, i want love, family, friends, sleep enought eat enough kids home peace and he too. sorry fore bad english, my russian is much better. i wish peace. But i learn this system.

  • @kurbage Its completely obvious that if the world is going to end, it will end because of automatic weapons like ak and m16. Those nukes sit in their silos, and will always do so until some dumb dictator becomes trigger happy.

  • @kurbage This is "hineininterpretieren ".. I know but we now realize the "Russian threat " has never been what our politicians in the West wanted us to believe. [ they probably were afraid we wouldn't go along with the spending of a kazillion dollars on defense] Muslims and muslim extremism are SO much more dangerous..

  • @kurbage but Judo? Evrej? are pipls? ;)

  • damn! i wanna learn the one at 3:18 XD

  • Wow, russia rulezzz

  • Russians are deadly tanks of chaos!!!!

  • Iam going to the clubs with these groovy dance moves.

  • crazy Russians...try that wave limbering in Detroit

  • Im' Russian and I must confess only 0.001% of us can do this stuff.

  • Comment removed

  • it's looks similar(***) to Russian army's everyday routine xD

  • I love the music :D

  • I vote the US and Russia combine, we're practically neighbors anyway.

  • @xXxafraptorxXx Ha, the jews in our governments won't let us to. its their worst nightmare.

  • @DmitryDaren

That's true, I think we're quite alike as people, but governments always tend to get in the way.

  • 3:12 every woman's dream :D

  • the 57 thumbs down , were germans !

  • @AKviersieben Why would Germans thumb this down? They have no reason. The Germans actually are gratful to the Russians because they liberated Germany from the Nazis. It would be more logical if the 57 thumbs down were Americans. Because Russia is a massive threat to them now. Sucks to live there.

  • @xDaZJMx germans arent gratful to russia, russia built the berlin wall, america tore it down and america isnt scared of russia because if we were to have a war both countries would use nuclear wepons to destroy each other and inadvertanly destroy the world then it would suck to live anywhere

  • @xDaZJMx No, the thumbs down come from gym mullets that like curls instead of joint mobility exercises.

  • sehr gut

  • i know i KNOW this is practical training to loosen your body up to prepare you for self defense and help you protect yourself in even the most unique situations but you have to admit that these guys look like they are practicing for a breakdance competition....that they WOULD WIN. they're good at this stuff (which inadvertently makes them good potential breakdancers as well)

  • If they ever tried to teach Spetsnaz training in the U.S military, their would be lawsuits up the ass. That is why Russia will always have a superior military.

  • @Randomhero129

agreed. i served in the infantry and none of this was ever taught. i figured i would better myself outside the military. russia will turn us off like a light switch if they wanted to. look at how they train.... they have a survival mindset. they can survive off nothing...

  • @Randomhero129

Agreed, while many infantrymen in the US military are capable of this, the majority will puss out. They would rather think they are getting top notch training with bullshit technology and video games. Russians have a survival mindset. Look at the battle of stalingrad for example.

  • Man, Spetsnaz are the Ultimate warriors. I'm pretty sure a spets soldier would bust up someone on the street, as they are trained to handle pain

  • looks like break dancing to me

  • Русские Рулят!

  • haha 1:47 nice dance

  • RADICAL!

  • 1:45 fucking zombie!! haha thnx this helped me alot=]

  • how the hell do they do that with all that equipment lol

  • I know most of thise guys could kick my ass, but I was laughing all the way thru this film ! they look like fish stranded on land trying to come back to water! HAHAHA :D

  • 1:30 looks like they are on acid

  • merci...

  • isn't it cool to train using techniques of guys whose ancestors beat the shit out of the nazis and where the only ones as a single nation to give the americans the creeps during the cold war? I bet if Soviet Russia was still alive these techniques would not be available so easily.

  • The arm extends sideways to break the momentum of the roll - it's a basic exercise in judo called a 'breakfall'. It also diffuses the shock of contact with the ground.

  • @davekelsomitchell1

    hey, had to comment.

the systema method of falling is VERY DIFFERENT from judo. in some sense it's opposite.

ive done both. different method, and different results.

but it is all falling, so...

  • lol

  • hey Shirokage009, the people use the their forearm to roll like ball so when the body touch in the ground that they are not getting hurt or broken bones. This is technique of yodu or atkido.

  • I really dont know what to think about Systema. But Im sure there is much to learn of it.

  • OMG Johnny and his gang are dancing down the alley @ 1:48 ! RUN!!! lol

  • Where can I get one of these DVD's?

  • @0XScourgeX0 Through the website

  • @SystemaSpetsNaz - Any where ELSE?

  • @SystemaSpetsNaz about how many weeks or months does it take to master these skills?

  • @SystemaSpetsNaz ...Thanks for the videos. Fascinating stuff. It is very like advanced Martial Tai Chi, known as Fa Jing. I am sure you know of this. Like many others, I always believed that no-touch combat was silly theatre, until I was on the receiving end of Fa Jing from a very modest, honest tai chi master. It is very powerful stuff and in a way .... mystical and magical. I will check out your website. Cheers.

  • Heh, modern Ninjas

  • Do you know whats the name of the music ?

  • at 3:05 is H4RDC0R3 LOL

  • I tried some of these work outs. I'm a mixed martial arts fighter. After about a week or two I started to notice changed in body and performance. Its tough but to be honest; it all works. There is a reason why the Russians are the top fighters in the world.

  • hehe i love those guido moves at 2:59 jk

  • 1:50-2:03 dance moves.

    "The Russian Step"

  • its like russian parkour

  • hahhahahha

  • sa va fut mortii!!

  • I like russian style. I used to work out and have some classes when I lived in Russia, but for a women it is hard to find something similar in Boston area. Aspecially, when you are a student.

  • whenever im fooling around i did candy wrappers i never knew they were used as warm ups lmao

  • Russian know how to figth

  • @gunsnrosesrocks877

    ..and drunk :D

  • @gunsnrosesrocks877 Only if he is a soldier and something like a spetnaz. And thats a low average

  • I know the training looks unusual, but they are dealing with some kind of wave energy. If you watch more of these videos, you will see that this stuff is really quite amazing.

  • You are so right about the wave energy..Sensi Williams of Bugei sword site talks about it and uses it and is a teacher of Systema also. My dojo in Atlanta uses it also but we call it Down.. Good luck in your training

  • @jafa10

Have you learned how any of this works? I can't seem to figure it out.

    Peace

  • @44rumblefish I hate to say you must find a teacher..Some things you must feel from a teacher who knows first hand. Sensi Williams will be a good person to contact for assistance.

  • @jafa10

Yes. I felt certain that you would say that. It does make complete sense, though. It appears to be far more complex to understand this practice then books or video instruction could ever provide. It needs to be felt to comprehend, doesn't it? Thanks for your honest response.

    Peace.

  • Makes my proud to be Russian :)

I would join the Spetsnaz if I still lived in Russia, but I moved out when I was 4...

Still deciding between Navy and USMC.

  • Damn... Russians go hard.

  • Very good situational awareness training!!

  • Yea, I'm all American, but I really hope that we never go to war against eachother, you guys are fucking crazy, lol.

  • @Saforge im with u

  • 3.42 Respect !

  • very effective,

  • :48 pause and tell me that shoulder doesn't hurt. lol

  • All those stretches look like sweet dance moves

  • probably based off of Russian folk dances? If I'm wrong, I apologize

  • May.... be? Imma bust out the candy wrapper at a dance club though

  • @skippinonglass Cool man ! I think your Uncle and your Grandfather should upload some REAL STREET FIGHT tutorials up here ^^

not like those crapy karate tricks.

  • @skippinonglass you will certainley be prepared then. ;)

  • @skippinonglass can you lend me your grandfather for about 10 years? : D

  • WoW!!!

  • All my family is from Russia, but I was born in Argentina, and I have been practicing many of these techniques without even know it ...because my father taught me ,but, he never told where he learnt these tecniques or where they where from.We include them in every day excercises.

  • One thing I still don't understand, why do they like to have their arms extended sideways when doing soft-rolling falls? I thought it was more logical to tug them towards the stomach to avoid someone stepping on them and potentially dislocating the shoulders or something.

    If anyone can, please explain.

  • There are several versions used in the system - each one has an application - the hand is used to receive info about the surface of the ground, soften the landing, propel the body and hold the weapon if needed.

  • The thing is, I do hapkido and my instructor integrates systema into the mix so he uses the rolls where you spread your arms out and when I tried that with people I know who do Aikido, the first thing they did was step on my hand, they especially emphasized that it's useless to gamble in the case of multiple attackers. What they did was to keep the roll just as soft using the hand for guidance and practically landing on the shoulders (leading to armless rolls) but tugging it towards the body.

  • is it also to spread out the surface area of the body to lessen the strain on single points of the limbs?

  • if i may, ive noticed that similar exercices are based on grabbing a weapon while doing a roll and i think it would be better to point the handgun outward while doing a barrel roll, but i might be wrong

  • Well, I still don't get why point the right arm to the right as in giving it away. Tugging under does not dictate that it should be pointing towards you. You tug the elbow and then have the rest point at any direction.

scwarzewaffe85, in a barrel roll you should not receive impacts with your limbs, you should spread the impact over your body's length by rolling and using your arms as a guide (basically taking an impact can start at the shoulders) otherwise you break the fragile arms :)

  • @ShiroKage009 If you land like that you can use your arm as a level for flipping you over. Try it, Lay on your back with your arm out and roll over while pushing your arm into the ground.

  • @ShiroKage009

im not a systema expert, but when they are extending their arms, they are really rotating the shoulder socket and blade, which helps to create a smooth, stable and safe movement.

yeah, it looks funny, but once you practice it, you may find it really helps, cause not only can you safely roll, but you can vary and control the direction of your roll this way.

lots of other things to it, it's a very sophisticated movement system...

    thx 4 posting!

  • not to forget that they have to get up ready to fight directly after the roll

  • @ShiroKage009 In spetsnaz you are taut that Feeling a surface is even better then seeing also. is not easy to keep a weapon tucked close to your body when rolling.

  • this is rusian army

  • uhm dude, russian IS Spetsnaz!!!!

  • In Soviet Russia

    Fitness is YOU!

  • @RawfullMyEggroll silly russians

  • @RawfullMyEggroll - 2 things, 1: The jokes are a bit racist, 2: That doesn't make any sence.

  • @RawfullMyEggroll LOL so TRUE

  • its kinda amzing how they do all these things

  • actually not bad...

  • 0:51 , pad na bok....

  • waaaaaaaaaaaaw глубина вот типерь я могу спокойно спать зная что существует целая система у руского спецназа

  • If you attack - no problem. But what if you have to defend from a time where you do not know the time of the attack? So then you have no warm up and so on. That is what I was training. The streetfight from a uncertain time.

  • Yes, it's correct. You can not predict the street fight, but if do warm ups and stretching during training - you'll have a better chance to win or survive - it will only improve your body and your techniques. While training - SpetsNaz has warm ups, stretching, running, jumping ... everything.. And it helps them during the real fight or war.

  • Thank you for reply. I am planning now to include more and more the forest and jogging in army boots in the forest. Therefore I think about a GPS tracking system like the forerunner from Garmin.

Does Russia has similar system for storing down the trajectory of any training that you do ?

  • Hey - I will not buy the equipment if I can come to you to Russia for a training. I am a Serbian citizen and I live in Germany. I would be very happy if I could take part on your training for a month or two - maybe in April 2009 ?
