This isn't gear, this is guitar. It looks like he's been using Mesa/Boogie Dual or Triple Rectifiers with Marshall cabs lately, probably with the Celestion GT75/Vintage 30 combo in an X pattern. I could be wrong, those could be his other guitarist's. He did use solid state Marshalls for years and could still be using them. I doubt he took to using effects, he never really did, but he may or may not still use that Boss Noise suppressor.

i'm not an expert on guitars, but from what i heard, the magnet from a 2nd pickup pulls on the strings and affects the vibrations even when it's not on. so you don't get the full tone, resonance, etc. but I think the effects from the 2nd pickup is pretty subtle anyway, otherwise everybody would have 1 pickup, lol.

not sure if this applies to emg pickups though.....
