I'm have been a green tuner many years with my own projects :) It was interesting to see that your project is very similar to mine. This is what I have done: Reduced friction of moving parts (rvs-tec.com), more efficient halo sparkplugs, strong positive magnets in the fuel line, vortex in intake, vortex exhaust muffler, fuel enhancement additive (ecotek-1.net). The only parts that still is missing is plasma ignition coils and a ignition grounding system enhancer.
