  • Dude i can do a double front flip i just can not land it i land on my back is there somthing im doing wrong?

  • so... is Jumpstreet a proper trampoline club?

  • thanks i can do both of them now :)

  • After i saw the video I can it bether now, its helping !!!

  • thnks so much, helps alot

  • i can stomp dub backs but ive only landed one dub front

  • ok i can do my double frontflip like i can almost land it now and im getting so close to a double back flip like i know i could do it just scared but after this i went and did all the steps then just stayed tucked and landed it for the first time thnx for the help brabra lol yup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • can land double fronts and can do the first two double back preps....Think its time to man up :P

  • @con31773 yep, just remember if u are in any doubt whatsoever, learn that cody as well, prepares you better and you have another cool move down too!!

  • @natcomber13 Yeah man, could do, but tbh i feel pretty confident as it is, plus i'll be doing it at a gym with crash mats and a coach so :P thanks for the help :)

  • @natcomber13 thanks for the tutorial - finnaly managed a double front on my trampoline :)

  • double backflips are easier

  • the music sounds like neck breaks.

  • This dind't help at all now that i know what can happen if you don't comit

  • @LOGANTAYLOR99 would you rather have tried the double in ignorance and broken your neck? You need to know the potential consequences for any move so you can assess whether it is worth you trying it and whether you are capable; yes it is dangerous but that's why i was so explicit with the pre-requisites in the tutorial. If you don't drill the fuck out of the 3 preceeding skills and then hurt yourself, it is entirely your fault.

  • it just takes balls, all you have to do is comit

  • 4:10

    Whatcha doin?

    Taking a shit mid-air :D

  • @drgnfire2535 i'd call it tucking..

  • any tips for landing a double front? :) i mostly land on my ass :D

  • "double flips in 5 mins" 5:01 actually

  • @pickhillbob I've had this discussion before, firstly, why the fuck would you be pedantic enough to comment that 'ughggh it's 1 SECOND longer than you said! :@'. Secondly, there is no information in the first and last 10 seconds, so that IS infact all you need to know in less than 5 minutes :)

  • @natcomber13 sorry just messin wit ya

  • @natcomber13 no offense but he would be pedantic cuz you said in UNDER, enphasis on under 5mins :D

  • hey um dude i can only go 1 foot high on my trampoline so its really hard to do the second rotation for double backflip. any tips?

  • @gogetassj4isawsome get yourself on a better trampoline, don't try a double back with 1 foot of height you're gona hurt yourself :/

  • @natcomber13 any certain type of trampoline?

  • @gogetassj4isawsome i done it 3 times but now i cant do it i done this today

  • guys seriously if you know you can do it go for it you can not stop halfway through otherwise there will probably be an injury i have just learnt a double frontflip which i am very comfortable with but i tried a double backflip and landed on my neck and have now hurt my back very bad. so seriously you can not just stop.

  • i know i can do i but im so scared to land on my head or neck ideas?

  • @xgen1337 That kept happening to me ( landing on my neck ) but what i know from parkour is to make sure you tuck your chin into your chest so when you land even if you go to land on your neck it will be on your shoulders and will not hurt.

  • Allways when i try to do double frontflip or sidekick i allways do a 360degrees frontflip. Whats wrong with me? lol

  • i just landed my double frontflip =D nxt up going for backflip to double frontflip but im not sure if i will ever try double backflip but mayb but =D landed my double frontflip thnx for the help bruh

  • Plz answer this. When i tried double front i just went for it and i got 2 rotations and landed on my ass and smashed my head into my feet(wich kinda hurt) so i was wondering how to land it :/

  • @VKimK So many people ask the same question, and I even said in the tutorial that you won't land it straight away, I landed on my back many times trying to alnd double fronts, so did nearly everyone else. there is no secret, just push more, tuck harder and keep trying :)

  • Every time I double backflip I land on my knees. idk what im doing wrong, I tuck as fast as I can and hmm mabe im not getting enough height but im jumping as high as I can.

  • THANKS!!!!!! I got the confidence and just kinda went for it!!!! You are the man!

  • hey - nice tutorial. I am too scared to double front/back can anyone watch my vid an give me any advice???

  • on the double front i always land on my stomach because i don't commit and i always land on my back on the double backflip because i don't commit

  • @krystoknight666 they are not double flip attempts, you need to at least make it past your head for it to count as 2 somersaults

  • Last year i learned to do double backflip. But now after winter i just can't do it anymore. I've tryed to learn it again but i'm not doing any progress and i'm getting really frustrated. Any advice?

  • @dimac99 It's not a concious action, you don't realise you're doing it, but unless your eyes are purposefully closed you WILL spot the ground. Of course, it gets easier with practice :)

  • @natcomber13 alright between the 2 trampolines i have 1 is about 10ft and is super bouncy but the other i believe is a 15ft but is not very bouncy at all. watch my vid Trampoline tricks 2 to see what i mean. witch 1 would you think would be better to try a double backflip on? thanks

  • @dkentcolt96 the bouncier, you NEED the height with these moves. If you think you might fall though, get some mats to land on or a spotter or something

  • @natcomber13 k thanks

  • all ways when i do double back, i fly always to back on the trampoline.Advice?

  • Hey nat should you grab your knees at the front or pull by grabbing behind your thighs in double backs? i learned regular tucks by grabbing the back and i recently went for a double back by grabbing at the front but it felt weird which tuck "grab" is more efficient?

  • @justincredible9446 it's entirely up to you :) personally I prefer grabbing on top, but lots of people tuck underneath and it works just as well

  • @justincredible9446

thanks bro, Ill start trying it again=]

  • Double fronts i have good but i went for a double back the first one landed on my knees then the second i bailed on my face......maybe I should learn a cody first=(

  • went out and followed ure instructions on double front, 5 min later i did double front :D ure right, the fear is all in ure brains, thx :)

  • lol i thought it said 'If you don't tuck, you'll wake up on the ground'

  • they are called front/back saults, a flip is a back/front handspring :)

  • @hamtarosam you're not wrong, but you're not right either, everywhere has different names for moves, a flip is generally meant as the same as a somersault; where I'm from handsprings are flic-flacs or flics

  • @natcomber13 true, i'd like to talk more, add meh as a friend (:

  • @hamtarosam who gives two fucks

  • that was 1 second over 5 minutes!! jk, im going to try double fronts now that your video gave me courage :D

  • a good technique to learndub fornt is front to roll :)

  • Ha ha, good stuff, best tutorial I've ever seen.

  • Nate you're my idol! =)

Today I got my trampoline and did a backflip landing on my back. Shall I try Dback already? Any safety tips?

    Thanks ur awesome

  • @SanctusVSArtema Erm, I would advise learning a cody as well, and try doing a backflip to back with a loose tuck, or straight. Only safety tips, get soemone to push a mattress or something in for you, but fi you're in any doubt, don't try it just yet :)

  • I HAV A 13 ft ladder should i use it 4 air?i am pretty confident

  • @TheDragon823 If you can't actually bounce that high i wouldn't advise it, you're much more likely to lose control and fall. however, if you can bounce pretty high normally then you should be alright. I still don't see it as being a huge advantage over just bouncing normally

  • and how is this advanced? its pretty simple just tuck.. and if your gonna put 'ADVANCE' in the name atleast be able to land a simple flip without almost bouncing 5ft in the other direction once you land

  • @SuperMiniMe123 For most people, these are difficult skills, and I don't travel in my single flips so sorry but I disagree

  • @natcomber13 na mate these would be difficult for a 6 year old who has never seen a trampoline in there life.. but for people who own one its hardly that hard to relise they need to tuck to spin faster, and you do travel you cant land it and stay were you land you

  • @SuperMiniMe123 I ain't gonna argue with you, but you are wrong. There is a lot more to learn than just tucking, and I aimed to convey some of those points in this tutorial

  • @natcomber13 sure mate what ever

  • @natcomber13 He obviously cant do them. I know what you mean Nate(: Theres much fear involved in doubles (especially backs)

  • that was the best tutorrial ive ever seen well done

  • I would recommend learning a back to back straight, before doing a double back, to ensure sufficient height and power for a double back. To do a double you then need the same power and height and just tuck in to go around

  • @05tcshaw Very good point, doesn't help with the technique but a good power test for sure :)

  • Hey i can do double fronts and backs but cant land them. any tips?

  • @wake1pro double fronts are really hard to land (it took me ages), those just take lot's of practice so you have the confidence to hold the tuck just a touch longer... Do you throw your arms for double backs? I assume you are doing these on a garden trampoline? If you are not a gymnast or not aiming towards becoming a gymnast, then the "improper" way of throwing your arms helps a bundle to gain height and rotation. Watch some of my vids to see what I mean by "throwing arms". Hope this helped

  • i want to try a double backflip really bad but as you said in the video the only thing holding me back is fear...i can do most of the things in your video (except double flips)...how did you just overcome your fear and go for it?

  • i tried a double front today, i got almost got it, but my knee smacked into my ear, it hurted really bad, still does, any ideas how to avoid that, ??

  • i can do a double frontflip from air to knees then frontflip so lol

  • nice. on my first double backflip i landed on my head. haha but i just got back up and charged and got it. also do you think you could do a tutorial on landing on your knees then double front? my uncle can do these and they are sick!

  • u guys are amazing i miss my trampoline i hurt my ankle so i cant go on it anymore

i want to do a double flip now really badly

  • @2010bebe1 like he said, double fronts are really easy, i can even do one, but i just never landed one yet :/

  • cool video:-) but my video is better, my video is one of the best in the world and on youtube.

JUST CHECK IT OUT. MY VIDEO IS THE BEST.

  • actually it was over 5 minutes :)

just kidding ur really good at that.

im scared to try cause my trampoline is new and not too well broken in. if you want to c where my skill level is check out the end of huge air flips.

anyways, tips 4 a bub with a new trampoline??!

  • heyy i was like one of the first comments on this video

and now after a year has passed by

i can land doubles all the time

and combo in and out of them

    allll because of this video

    thanx alot ;)

check out my videos some time ?

  • whenever i do a front drop my nuts get crushed, so i never want to try frontflip into front drop, but doubles are the ONLY thing i can't do on a trampoline, and it really annoys me because i know i can do double fronts because i've done them before, i just need a new set of balls, any tips for fear?

  • i can double frontflip now and im eleven! i just cant land it.

  • is there any trick to getting a faster tuck?

  • Any tips for landing double fronts? I have been able to do them for awhile now but still have trouble landing them. As for double backs, I can do a backflip and overflip onto my back in one bounce (ex. standing on the tramp, then just jump and do it), the only thing still stopping me is that fear. I'm about to check out your cody's video or whatever it was, maybe that will help :)

  • @pinkistoughjj As I said in the video, double fronts are awkward to land because it is a blind lanidng, just hold the tuck longer than you think you should, and the more times you do it, the easier it will become. As for double backs, they are very scary, I'm not going to lie, there's nto really any way to overcome it, unless you do it at a proper club with mats and maybe a harness and stuff like that

  • @natcomber13 Yeah, but I over-flip double fronts sometimes cause I tuck to long :P And for double backs, I'll eventually just have to man up and go for it! Anyways thanks for the video!

  • @natcomber13 i have rotate good but i scare it so much!! how can i beat my fear???

  • @pasuh98 its really just a case of going for it , i didn't land early attempts but now i have them fine , nath will tell you the same thing; theres no way to handle fear

  • Is it alright if i tuck on frontflips like on my hanstrings instead of knees?

  • @Mrskierkierdude I personally wouldn't advise it, as it prevents how tight you can tuck and therefore reduces your rotation speed, DEFINITELY don't do it for double flips :D.

  • @Mrskierkierdude There is nothing wrong with that, as long as you do actually tuck; I've seen lots of people use that technique and almost do a piked shape in the air

  • when you first went for these flips were u scared atall

  • @AliDawson Of course!!! I don't know many people who weren't

  • @natcomber13 that makes me feel better so im know im not a pussy lol

  • not to sound boring, but this tutorial shouldn't really be here- although you've explained doubles very well. I've been trampolining since i was about 4 and have competed regionally and all that jazz, but i have made it a rule of mine NEVER to double on a garden trampoline. they aren't designed for this kind of move. Also, i double fronts are very dangerous fullstop, let alone on a garden trampoline. they are blind somersaults and i have never been taught them, only half outs!

  • @harmonium123 I agree with almost everything you just said, I am actually considering taking this vid down. However, I do not understand how you can learn half outs before double fronts, they are a necessary, no, ESSENTIAL prerequisite

  • @natcomber13 DON'T YOU BLOODY DARE TAKING THIS VIDEO DOWN NATHAN!!! IT IS VERY GOOD, AND I HAVE TO LEARN A DOUBLE FRONT AND DOUBLE BACK, SO DON'T EVEN CONSIDER TAKING THIS VIDEO DOWN!! Oi, and you, harmonium123, some people don't have the privilege to go to a gym club 'like me' so we don't give a shit about the fact that you've competed regionally or whatever, from nathans video's, I can roundoff bhs, backflip, frontflip, twist in flips, and a hell of a lot more!! Please dont take it down nath!!

  • @harmonium123 Why shouldn't people do doubles on a garden trampoline? Do not underestimate the human potential... In our generation, garden trampolining is becoming increasingly popular, and the standard of difficulty is constantly rising. Gymnastic trampolines are in many ways MORE dangerous than garden trampolines because they are very tight and apply a lot of force to the body. I find this tutorial very helpful. Mark my words people will soon be landing triples on home tramps :D

  • DUDE, you fucking rock man, I always landed on my back but after your tips I can do a double fronton my feet, thx man

  • I AM SCARED OF THE BACKDROP

  • @00backtuck00 haha

  • @maxfalcon96 I can do a double back but I cant do A backtuck in to backdrop

  • im going to try this tomorrow.. if i die i am sooo haunting your ass..

  • @drunkunicycle I quote from the description " Any injuries that you receive trying to follow this tutorial are entirely your own fault. I am not responsible for your actions or injuries. If at all possible, try to go to a proper trampolining/gymnastics centre with qualified coaches to try out these moves, and this tutorial should be a learning aid along with proper coaching"

  • As an advanaced coach I am horrified that you are trying to show anyone how to perform a double front as it is so dangerous. All good coaches know that this sort of move usually results in accidents, broken necks and the like! A safer and more controlled skill would be to half out of the skill to "see" the bed and get the landing safe. I hope like hospital food because if you carry on with this at some point its going to go wrong!

  • @richcrane01 I appreciate that double fronts aren't a proper move in trampolining, however all sorts of people use trampolines as part of their training. For example gymnasts, in gymnastics double front is a perfectly viable move. Also, how can you possibly expect someone to do a half out if they can't do a simple double front?? That's like teaching a barani before a tuck front

  • @natcomber13 um, whats a half out? is it double front with half twist before you land?

  • @richcrane01 And if you carry on wasting our time, telling us that we're going to break something, we don't care!!

  • when i try a double front... im confident and i know i can do it... i get maximum height and tuck.. after my first rotation im coming down quite quickly and it feels as if im going to land on my head im vertical with my head facing down on the second rotation and i untuck and twist my sholders and land on my back... i know i need to get more heaight and commit... please help?

  • today im going to try attempt a double frontflip.."wish me luck" anyway this video made me confident to do it!..

  • I can do all the prerequisites to both (except the Cody) I can do both flips when traveling up, and when traveling down, I can standing back flip to my back and front flip to my front, I just can't get over doubles. I know they aren't as scary as you think they are, I just always like to go for something and know exactly what I'm doing and not kinda go "Here goes nothing!" and wing it. Fears, the worst thing ever.

  • i can do i and three fourths of a frontflip on a backflip but i just cant seem to land correctly

  • i can jump one time and land on my back , the higher i get , the less rotation i get , tips?

  • Did you really say "The worst that can happen is you land on your head or neck."? That's not a little problem.

  • @Ashanmaril I also said ' I don't mean to scare you but...' implying that the next statement was not going to be a nice one

  • @natcomber13 Yeh, I guess. Anyways, good tutorial!

  • i dont understand how this video dosnt have that many views. i think this is an amazing video

  • that was the best tutorial ive seen in my life now i can do doubles!! thank you so much!!!!

  • what trampoline do u have and where did u get it cuz mine is hard and not bouncy

  • ur good (Y)

  • Its so scary i really want to do it

  • I dont know if i should try its SO scary :(

  • @TrampoliningFREAK998 It is scary. I'm not gonna lie. I would advise not trying it unless you are completely comfortable with all the pre requisites and you have something soft to land on/in for your first attempts

  • i got the courage to do a double front because i said i probably could do one and my friend said you wont no balls so i just did it 2 weeks later i landed it only going like 5 ft high but my double back was a joke i tried it the first time and landed on my head tried a second time landed on my stomach tried a third time landed on my knees fourth time i landed on my feet and fell back to me double front is difficult and takes skill double back just takes balls

  • when u bounce man u nearly hit the ground very good trampoline

  • note, the worst that will happen when attempting a double back or front flip is that you might be too much focused on the flipping that instead of jumping high, you will jump sideways and sort of land in your neighbours backyard :p

when practiced before, you might land on your head or neck however you are probably tucked in enough to not actually make it matter how you land. you will roll over to less vital places within moments anyway. this is nothing to worry about.

  • i land on my ass when i do this.. lol, i cant tuck properly due to the G, + i don't get as much height as you ^^

  • i just did my first double frontflip for a couple hours ago ;) just land on something soft, and it is actually very easy ;D thnks for the tutorial man! your the best :D

  • It bothers me that you have missed out 1 and 3/4 FSS for double front and straight BSS to back drop for double back. I would never, ever let anyone try either of these without a rig if they cannot do either of those things.

  • @mynightmind Straight back to back i definately agree with, but i find front 1 and 3 harder than double front, if you are opening out there is more chance of landing on your head in my opinion.

  • @natcomber13 They don't need to even open out, it just gives you the knowledge that they can get over safely, aren't going to land on their head and have some aerial awareness of where they are.

  • @mynightmind I see what you mean but in my mind, getting past your head is the dangerous bit, so you may as well just go for it, there is no advantage trying to land on your back first. That's just me, your probably right though :P

  • ye okkaii i really neeed the life coz i aint the sad one sittin here on youtube postin gay commments like you. So shut the fuck up

  • @ACHEEKYNOOB You were the one who posted the comment! Now if you haven't got anything constructive to say about this video then i suggest you don't reply.

  • u guys suck at flips they look crap and you can only do doubles and i can do quintuples so shut up postin crap vids

  • @ACHEEKYNOOB Oh wow, a hater. No, a hater AND a liar. People like you have NO life and need to learn to shut the fuck up

  • ive got both those doubles down... can you make a tutorial for a double side flip? thanks

  • @jugglingTT I can't do souble sides myself, so you're asking the wrong person I'm afraid :/

  • i always doing like one flip when i gonna do the another one i just do it like messed up help!

  • I can do a bacflip to back drop but I don't seem like I have enough speed to do the complete double, i might also need more height too I guess.

  • cheers check out my vid at trampolining 2 [joe]

  • i learned cuz im on a dive team and i can do a double gainer and that seems easier to me but ur way looks easier for beginners

  • Okay, today i tried another dub flip. the double frontflip. Well, result was knee on my head and blood off tongue ;D atleast i did double frontflip, even i tucked too long. THx, i bet next time i go trampoline i do double f flip easily

  • @teemu828 yeah, thats never happened to me before, but i believe its pretty common. A cowboy tuck is safer

  • lol i landed my first dubback on my neck XD opened tuck for some reason in air..

  • When i tryed my dub front i sorta landed on like shoulders and back and rolled the rest can anyone maybe tell me what could have gon wron

  • @Romeyoable You probably just opened too early. Film yourself next time, it is easier to spot mistakes that way

  • shit nvm your right i just opened to early i just did one now and almost landed it

  • I thought you had to wait until your peak height and then go into the doubles?

  • If you wait until the very peak before rotating you won't make 2 flips. You must go up, but don't wait too much

  • @DragonWarrior7771 another thing is that the more you wait the harder you have to throw down to make as much rotation

  • dude do you have any tips for me on tucking? i mean like bringing your knees up. i can do the cody but not land it :\

i figure thats the next step to double backflip?

i can do like a backflip and land on my back really close to a double but i dont think my tuck is good enough to do a double :\

any tips on tucking would help,

    thanks in advance! :)

  • @Roo0oom hey man yer i do u got to just keep tucked and dont be scared to land on ur gut if ur to scared to do that like me. lol just tuck ur legs up and put ur hands above ur head thats wat i do

  • Comment removed

  • what song is this?

  • Do it again by Chemical brothers

  • i can almost get it

  • Hey man great video:) i do double fronts and double backs but i dont seem to do them well. I do them at a gym with olympic trampoluines and i was just wondering , because at my house i have the same trampoline as you but it doesnt jump as high .

  • Cheers I just learnt double front flip its the backwards one that gets me check out my video its called amazing trampolining its the three star by the bottom with someone in the air

  • The video actually goes for 5:01 and u said its in under 5 minutes, just thought i would say that ;) thanks for the tips

  • The first 13 seconds and the last 10 seconds contain no information at all; making the tutorial itself under 5 minutes

  • im always sucesfull on the ones but on the twos i kow how to do em im jus scared...but check out my flippin videos...on the ground

  • Everyone says ill be able to do these tricks im just terrified to try them thanks for the confidence i will try the double front but them double back, with the landing on the neck scares me a lot so idk im prolly gonna try the cody first.
