I don't know why people transform this figure (mould) by pulling on the legs first. It's much easier if you start at the front end.

I just received mine today and the head is not that bad in person like you said. The only thing on mine is that Punch has sloppy paint on the eyes. Only one is painted and the other is colored yellow. Hopefully my other is better.

Kind of hoping a third party will make a replacement head sculpt that is a bit bigger while displaying in robot mode.

I was able to get Punch's legs to work right. You have to rotate swivel the feet are on for as much length as possible and they more or less reach just under the middle of his leg.

It seems that this was a fantastic idea, a brilliant one, but was just poorly executed. I wonder if, cost wise, it would've been better to get one off of FrenzyRumble instead. Honestly, kinda glad I didn't shell out the cash for him.

I've found that if you rotate his feet 180 degrees in Punch mode they make good heel spurs. This allows the bottom of his blue shins to act as his toes. That way his legs can face forward correctly, and his Autobot mode is slightly shorter then his Decepticon mode.

i agree the concept is a killer but the head is so tiny it would have been better if they used a different mold.. the sunstreaker mold is awesome but used many times gets a little redundant i would still go for the g1 mold but all and all figure is cool =)

Wow the autobot/decepticon stickers are almost as big has his head... I guess I really liked the concept and the cartoon(?) drawings which made this guy look freaking amazing. But after watching your review, I will only get this guy if the price is right.
