Little beach is typically 6-8 mph from the west. A good day is 12-15. A spectacular day is 20 very rare maybe 3-4 days a year.
It's not a hi wind area. Many days it's less than 5 mph. Bit it's overlooking the beach so you can surf if the wind is light
I don't think Tom has any ballast in this plane.

How much weight do you have to add to it to fly so well? Looks like it is a high wind area.
