@TheOriginalBillyYO Why "yes" it is and if there's anything that's the most essential in learning this sport it's "rhythm." Real boxing and real structure is based off a balance of fundamentals that require rhythmic movements. It's call the "boxers waltz" and that's the movement in and around the inside of the ring. All style baby and no fluff....
@MushiXD Dont get scared of the punches coming and loose the "gun shy" blinking reflex you get when you see a punch coming and you stay relaxed, youll be able to slip. Just keep on trying it in sparring. James Toney (one of the best defensive boxers) said that he would get shitkicked in the gym for trying the defensive stuff the old timers used to do but he kept going and kept trying and one day it all clicked. Also never return back to the original position after slipping, makes for an easy KO.
@ptboxing So you shouldn't turn your punches over when you throw A hook 1:03 ? Btw I just saw your fight with Oscar De La Hoya !! I sure as hell wouldn't want to fight a De La Hoya in his prime !!! You gave A great effort though . I could only imagine what those left hooks must of felt like !!!!
is this a dance routine ?
