Why am I on so many Twibes lists?

This is a nightmare! I cannot stop following Twibes lists - I never knowingly intended to follow these - there is some automated bizaare list spaming thing going on. I have been to my Twibes profile and tried deleting everything. How an earth do I delete my Twibes account?! Its hellish being followed by these random Americans - i don't know who they are!

Thanks for addressing the issue, and posting this fix. I hope by removing myself from these lists I'll see my list count drop over the next couple of days.
