My bullwhip doesn't sound like yours...It doesn't make the zip then crack sound like yours...It just makes a loud pop...yours makes that zip sound before it pops..Is this because of the length, cuz mines only 7 ft?

@kingmanted Sure you can. Almost everything could be used to kill a man, but propably the best way to kill would be strangling someone like with any rope. Also if you attach something with a little more weight or something sharp in the place of cracker, when swinged could work similiar to flail and crush skulls or cut through body if sharp.

Is this whips crack actually used to kill snakes? Is that even possible to do with a whip?

I have heard of using a whip to kill a snake before, though I can't say what crack was used. This particular move has the advantage of sending a series of cracks into a spot on the ground, which would certainly do something to a snake. However, I don't recommend killing anything with a whip.

@AdamCWM would you say that it could scare off potentially dangerous animals? I have coyotes and bobcats, and though they are small, they can cause some nasty damage, even a few attacks on small children have been fatal. I go fishing and in the area where I go, guns aren't allowed, but I think pepper spray is, and they said that any noise maker is legal to scare them off.

It's basically the same, the bigger the whip is the longer you have to wait for it to crack, so you basically just do all the cracks slower. Which actually takes less fort then the smaller whips.
