BTW, speed limit in Russia is 60 KmH for urban area, really cops do not pull U over if you drive uo to 70 KM. In Ukraine we drive up to 80KMH w/o ticketing

The saddest thing is that it takes so long before somebody finally pulls over to check the patient. When you see how he was running around in that tunnel, dodging traffic he was clearly confused. That's something the paramedics should have thought off. You really need to keep your eye on confused patients because they would do ANYTHING to get away from you. As we see in this video.

I'm just glad that one drive stopped which alerted the driver in the lane that the man was lying in to slow down. I think that is an inaccurate and certainly a non-factual statement overall. There is no way of telling that if this happened elsewhere in the same country the victim would not receive help from citizens.

He didnt deserve to be helped, falling out of the ambulance. Either he opened the door or he pressed against it accidentally, but it was not a patient because the table would fall out with him. I highly doubt this is a real video for one reason:

The ambulance kept going. When transporting a patient there is always a medic in the back who either would have been dragged out with the patient or told the ambulance to stop.

The only other alternative is the medic threw the patient out the door or it was a prank.
