i was saying that if you had only been riding for about 1 year, and before you were riding this little 80, would you then go and get on a 200. if you had any brains you wouldnt because of how much power it had.
and your son might cope with the 200 but how long has he been riding bikes for. if he went on peewees when he was 5 and slowly worked up then he would be fine.
well sure its only as fast as you twist the throttle, but the KTM's have amazing amounts of power, and when the time would come for him to decide he wants to be brave and go flat out, hed have a 90% chance of getting bucked off the back when he gets into band. a begginer should (realistically) stettle for something like a 250 4 stroke or a 125 2 stroke. then something like the 200 would be the next bike
and sure the guy in this vid would be fine wit a 200, but would someone who got off an 85?
Yea those are nice. But if I could afford a ktm I would be getting the 300exc or 250sx. What do you ride? I like the 2ts but if money was no object I would buy a 2009 CRF450R and have it done by pro circuit so it had the magical +60 hp.

I went from a 125 4 stroke to my CR125. i can handle it just fine. it likes to pick the tire up sometimes tho.
