@ktcal8 Arbeit macht frei was the sentence which was to read at the gates of many concentration camps in germany in the third reich. it means "work makes (you) free". in this case, carcass' title for the song is a pun and it would be translated as "work makes flesh"

frei does mean frei, feuer means fire. You are probably thinking of Rammstein's 'feuer frei', which means 'fire at will' (or literally 'fire freely'). Try learning German then you will know what you are talking about. It's fairly similar to English and is not terribly hard.
