GunXSword was far better than Gundam IMO... Gundam is always "WE MUST FIGHT FOR PEEEEACE!" /whiny tone...

GunXSword was pretty kickass... The idealists vs those who lust for revenge, and revenge won out over an ideal world where peace was forced upon others... Gundam is great artistically and in the sense of the Gundam's, but the kids... those damn kids...

I agree. Gun X Sword is easily one of the best animes out there, sadly it's very underappreciated. It has a message behind it, and its just all 'round good. It cuts the bullshit unlike some animes (IE, Naruto) where the villians feel it's necessary to explain every single detail of their plan to their enemy and have like a 10 minute dialogue before they die.

I'm not sure how that makes it any better since most Gundam series deal with that sort of subject matter much better, GunXSword seems flimsy in that sort of narrative and is derivative in execution.

the imposible thing to do is to get all secret mechs ^^ like the BIO PTERRA and the FAFNER UNITS + other stuffs but me i did to manage to get in one full game Rey Za Burrel - Legend Stella - Gaia Gundam the other one with a GOUF IGNITED Saudade of Sunday and Dahlia of Wednesday ^^ its cool that when you got them they are already full upgrade^^

anyways for to unluck Wednesday and Sunday you need to kill the axe dude at stage 7 and have 500 kill counts later on. and then follow the GxS route all the way to the end. you'll have to kill the enemy in a specific order to unlock them. all info is on gamefaqs. i have my intention on unlocking these two alongside the sword attack of Godannar

No, not quite, sadly. Pretty much have Vann kill every GxS villain, including Woo on both stages; have Priscilla get into an encounter with Carossa the first time you see them, and on the stage you fight the Claw, kill him FIRST BEFORE Saudade and Dahlia.

lol I see the joke. Kira and Michael (Mihaeru) are voiced by the same seiyuu, and Saudade is said to have been a parody of Freedom. And they make the copycat so powerful. XD

I think nope, there are still difference.......if anyone said that the other was a gundam and the latter is an armor then fuck you.......the big difference would be that the strike freedom wasn't destroyed nor did it received serious damage......saudade received some damage or maybe destroyed....can't remember the exact saudade vs dann part......

The joke here is referencing the opposite of what actually happened in GSD and GxS. Kira has Plot Armor, AutoTrack and GodModeHax while poor Michael has something the Clawed Man fished out of the sea.

I would've wanted oh, I don't know, animation worthy of belonging to the second DS srw. What does Dahlia have? A generic beam attack, a 7 second tentacle attack, and a final attack that looks like it came from D (not that D was bad, but it was pretty low on animation when compared to OG2).

Nataku had a better spear animation than this.
