@wvumab just a difference in opinion, that's all. the depth and soulful sound of Cee-Lo's voice really takes this song to higher heights than this cover. the music behind his voice only amplifies that sentiment. ray's voice is very relaxed and is more suited for a laid back atmosphere. it just about puts me to sleep (which isn't a bad thing... it's just his voice). they're both very talented, ray seemingly more talented since he can play the guitar, but vocally, there is no discussion.
