In Sweden, were I live the wolf population growing. :D Their numbers has been few for a long time but now in some small towns in upper-middle parts of Sweden there has been numerous sightings and it is said to be almost as much as seven animals per pack and upp to even three packs in one perticular place. Funny thing, I somewhat didn't understand the full respect for these beautiful animals until I found a animal sanctuary for wolves/wolf-dogs that actually allows you to interact with these animals (as long as you set up an appointment for it). I went there for my 17th birthday and when I was sitting down on the ground, the wolves/wolf-dogs were carefully coming up to me. One loves licking my face and my mom notice one of them carefully smelling me from behind my back. I love them!

Yes, it's true. That devil Sarah Palin does kill innocent wolves for profit. Disgusting bitch. They die very slow and painful deaths. She does this to sell the wolves' body parts and to artificially boost the elk population for scumbag trophy hunters. Which is why humans are complaining of too many elk and deer. We need wolves. Wolves keep the land the controlled. Wolves gave us dogs. Dogs that hunt for our meat, keep us safe, become out friends and even save lives. Wolf hunting should be banned

@ThylacineAli I KNOW RIGHT! she says that she's killing wolves to stop livestock from being attacked, but all she's doing is making it worse. i mean, has she ever thought about why wolves are attacking them? They're easy targets, and not as hard to hunt. by killing wolves, she's shrinking the pack, and the pack needs more wolves to kill wild animals, so they'll just go after the livestock even more. wtf. seriously.

@xeiryntwist Actually your right but theres another reason, the killing of wolves make the wolves think that the humans are agressive and are predators, making the wolves try to defend themselves... so that why they try to attack little children and stuff.

Question does Sarah Palin legitmately hunt wolves or just for the sake of killing them? My stance on hunting is that you do it for food not or to keep the population from getting to large not to just slaughter some animal and leave its carcuss there.

In Sweden, were I live the wolf population growing. :D Their numbers has been few for a long time but now in some small towns in upper-middle parts of Sweden there has been numerous sightings and it is said to be almost as much as seven animals per pack and upp to even three packs in one perticular place. I think it's fantastic. In Sweden the killing of moose is necessary or they will be over populated. But when the wolves are back they prey on them which is better than humans killing moose.

okay, for those who are saying that wolves are a problem and that they attacked humans: the ONLY reason that a wolf would attack a human is that if the humans came too close to the wolf's den and the pups are not ready to be on their own. the other reason would be rabies.
Other hand, the wolves are more scared of us than we are of them. I should know how peaceful they are since I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN WITH WOLVES! THEY KEPT THEIR DISTANCE FROM ME! THEY COULD HAVE ATTACKED ME BUT THEY DIDN'T!

Funny thing, I somewhat didn't understand the full respect for these beautiful animals until I found a animal sanctuary for wolves/wolf-dogs that actually allows you to interact with these animals (as long as you set up an appointment for it). I went there for my 17th birthday and when I was sitting down on the ground, the wolves/wolf-dogs were carefully coming up to me. One loves licking my face and my mom notice one of them carefully smelling me from behind my back. I love them!

There are very few events of healthy wolves attacking people and there is heavy evidence that the removal of wolves has caused steady declining health of areas populated by large ungulates (deer, moose, caribou) due to over foraging of those animals.
