Giuliani had prior warning that the towers would be coming down, and did not do anything to alert the people who were told to remain in tower 2 by the authorities. People who made it out were told to return to their offices. He is going to hell where he belongs. The reason that he seemed "cool" that day is because he knew about the attacks prior and was not surprised on that day.
