@Virtuallycharmed First serious question!I really think everyone should have a pair of stone plugs and silicone plugs,my silicones do fall out, but you have to get a size that is in ur wearable area(width of your hole)other than that no my plugs don't fall out! I do sometimes take out my plugs just to let my ears breathe but i constantly put cream on them and play wit them if they dont have a pair of plugs in 'em. I think the hole will close but can easily re-stretch back to your size with lube
