You did a WONDERFUL job mama. You got your daughter a GREAT car seat. Shes adorable as well. You should however make sure that her chest clip (the plastic black clip) is at nipple or armpit level, and make sure the harness is as snug as a hug. You shouldn't be able to fit more then 2 fingers (on top of each other) under the strap at the shoulder.
Also make sure her harness is coming from below her shoulders. :) I think I Might have a video in my youtube featuring the marathon.
I would also like to mention that her over clothes are a bit big for wearing in a car seat. Don't put a coat on her in a car seat. We have car seat blankets for the car. Kids should only wear a single layer of clothes in the car seat. Also, are the straps in the lowest setting? If they aren't put them down 1 more setting. They should be below her shoulders not above them. And that mirror. If you were in an accident it could hit her in the face! I would suggest removing it.
I think it is wonderful that you did the research to buy her such a great carseat. However even the best seat has to be used right to keep baby safe. That chest clip needs to sit up at her armpits and the harness needs to be pulled snug. As it is now, she could be ejected through the shoulder area. That seat will last her a long time in the harness and it a great choice. :)
