What is the adhesion material made of, is it some sort of metal and dielectric layering? And is the plastic material for sale to experiment with somewhere? Is it some kind of corona discharge treated plastic? Or perhaps some sort of baked plastic under a high electrostatic field as it cools? Thanks if you can say. Neat stuff.
