Drugs do not stay in the blood stream for very long because the blood is filtered by the kidneys constantly. Both methods are not fool proof. The best test is hair follicle. Look it up...

EPO stays in the your blood for 36 hours max so a fighter can properly cycle specific PEDs properly especially if he/she knows when they are going to be tested. urine tests are effective with some PEDS but not much for EPO and thats the PED that Manny is believed to be on...and the same PED vargas and Shane used but didnt test positive for...same for Bonds and possibly Lance Armstrong. Olympic style testing is the most accurate. That's why the olympics use it

Excessive amount of EPO increases the amount of RBC in your system. An increase in RBC is what testers look for with blood testing but is not an indication of EPO abuse because high altitude training can also have the same effect as EPO abuse. Certain medical condition can also increase RBC.

Clottey found out early in the fight that he couldn't win. Like Floyd he's a defensive fighter who will only counter or throw punches whenever there's an opportunity to strike without getting punished. There wasn't a lot of opportunities for him to counter so his punch output remained low throughout the fight and he was outclassed. Mayweather can't take sustained punishment as shown in the Mosley fight so he'll play more defensive as opposed to Marquez.

Floyd's chin is suspect after the Mosely fight. After the second round Floyd defended well and didn't get hit on the chin. Marquez has been knocked down against Manny (4 times) and still fought well. I thought Manny won and the stats agrees with me.
Margarito came 15 pounds heavier than Manny and he got dominated. Cotto got beat convincingly, no amount of weight could have changed that. Style wise Manny was better than Cotto.

Drugs do not stay in the blood stream for very long because the blood is filtered by the kidneys constantly. Both methods are not fool proof. The best test is hair follicle. Look it up...

Ok first of all, the fight he was claimed to have used EPO was after the Oscar fight which was prior to 03 BUT that's when he was caught. Theres no telling how long he had been using up until he fought Floyd.
And youre right drugs dont stay in the blood stream long thats why it's hard to detect modern PEDs with the commission's standard scheduled (non random) blood and urine tests. This is why random blood testing is used in the Olympics. and they so haor follicles too

EPO stays in the your blood for 36 hours max so a fighter can properly cycle specific PEDs properly especially if he/she knows when they are going to be tested. urine tests are effective with some PEDS but not much for EPO and thats the PED that Manny is believed to be on...and the same PED vargas and Shane used but didnt test positive for...same for Bonds and possibly Lance Armstrong. Olympic style testing is the most accurate. That's why the olympics use it

Excessive amount of EPO increases the amount of RBC in your system. An increase in RBC is what testers look for with blood testing but is not an indication of EPO abuse because high altitude training can also have the same effect as EPO abuse. Certain medical condition can also increase RBC.

It came from the fact that going into his early 30's he got faster and increased his stamina. while moving up from superfeather weight to welterweight in a 2 years span. that's extraordinary...and weird. Floyd hasn't dominated Manny's leftovers like Cotto, Clottey or Margarito.
We've seen what Manny can and can't do because he's fought a wide range of fighters. Floyd fans love to speculate that no one can beat Floyd because of his record, but he hasn't fought anyone really noteworthy since Marquez and Ortiz.

Clottey found out early in the fight that he couldn't win. Like Floyd he's a defensive fighter who will only counter or throw punches whenever there's an opportunity to strike without getting punished. There wasn't a lot of opportunities for him to counter so his punch output remained low throughout the fight and he was outclassed. Mayweather can't take sustained punishment as shown in the Mosley fight so he'll play more defensive as opposed to Marquez.
My money is on Manny.

I don't think you watch boxing... Clottey is a defensive fighter. You must be confusing Clottey with someone else. It's not a bad thing to counter and slip punches, however if you fight someone who is active in the ring like Manny you could give the rounds away by playing it "safe" like Clottey.
Floyd is not a bigger version of Marquez, they have different styles. Also Marquez has one of the best chins in boxing.

Floyd's chin is suspect after the Mosely fight. After the second round Floyd defended well and didn't get hit on the chin. Marquez has been knocked down against Manny (4 times) and still fought well. I thought Manny won and the stats agrees with me.
Margarito came 15 pounds heavier than Manny and he got dominated. Cotto got beat convincingly, no amount of weight could have changed that. Style wise Manny was better than Cotto.
