Hmmm... I have to disagree with the disfavorable commentary on this vid. I think it was both smart of Trace to sing a lower harmony vocal on the choruses (rather than just sing the melody an octave lower), and a fine show of the musicianship of both Trace and .38 Special to design the vocal trade-off in that way.

The first kind of makes "sense" seeing that it's the fantasy of a lot of trailer trash dudes to fuck little girls. I wouldn't doubt it if these guys did the same, since they make trailer trash music. Best was Lynyrd Skynyrd/Montgomery Gentry. This was okay but I don't think Trace Adkins quite fits in with 38 Special. His voice is too alto for Don Barnes soprano.
