I love how with just a capo you can play almost any praise and worship song with the same chord pattern: G, D, Em, and C

You might try playing it in C, capo 1. It would sound closer to the Tomlin version. Something like this:
Verse: C, G/B, Am7, F2
Pre-ch: C, G/B, F2...Am7, G/B, F2, G
Ch: F2, G, C, G/B, F2
The Bluetree original is quite different. Then Tomlin did it again on his new album and it's even different-er. ;)
