Where I live, there is part of the town that is considered as ghetto and I had to drive through it several times to get to my old work. There was one part that had quite few elderly blacks living it and it was actually pretty clean compared to the next street where younger generation lived; That place was trashed big time.

My neighborhood has around 25 houses and I'm one of two white households in the neighborhood. It's perfectly safe and quite here. No different than any other neighborhood really.
Yeah, I know there's tons of ghetto neighborhoods, but not all black subdivisions are ghetto.

He has 1 black tenant who pays his rent all the other people that he had to evict were white people, he had another tenant who was black and he left on good terms and the house clean where all the other white tenants didn't pay rent, he had to evict them, and almost all have trashed his houses,
