There's no reason in feeling superior just because of music preferences. However, there is no reason to mock classical music on account of the fact that it incorporates a lot of hard work and talent. P.S. Try listening to Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" or Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" - you may like enjoy them.

@Piccolo7126 I do listen to a lot of classical music but I find no challenge in listening to compositions such as this. It's like lounge music or something, no genuine emotions or extraordinary ideas. I prefer Shostakovich or Stravinsky to this.

You can find much harder work and much more talent than displayed here in jazz music, for example.
