  • is 75 Litre Tank Enough For Corn Snake?

  • I just got my corn snake, shes a baby.

i was wondering, how long does it take to get as big as yours.?

  • You seem like a cool person and awesome snake

  • im pretty sure thats a female

  • i was thinking about getting a corn snake.....can u take them out and play with them?

  • @xxinsaneriderxx yes you can but corn snakes are very wriggling at times they like to move about. If you are a beginner and plan on being social with your snake I'd recommend a Ball python. They are very slow moving and make great pets.

But make sure only to handle your snake about 3-4 times a week and always wash ur hands before and after because if you have the smell of food on ur hands when you try to handle the snake it will probably bite you thinking ur hand is food. hope this helps.

  • yo ur snake dont like you

  • hey how many mice do you feed your snakes

  • @qrtqrtqrtqrtqrtqrtqr usally u feed by the widest part of ur snake thats the widest ur mice should be and usally feed them if there eating adult mice 1 a week frozen thawed mice my friend fead live once and the mouse parilised his ball python its easy to get a snake hurt by live

  • looks like a motley sunglow. i have one too its a babie.

  • ur snake has really cool coloring

  • Aww he looks my male! Except mine has no white

  • I just found one in my room the other day, it was so weird, I've already got a bannana phase kingsnake, I named this one lucky 'cause he is for finding my room instead of someone else's lol.

  • my snake is 2 yrs old but much much larger

  • you hafto get of the skin and saok him 7 times aday

  • m8 that thing on it tail is called tail rot it is common in corns if you take it to the vet they will chop it off and it will be fine

  • @beardy443 how do you prevent it

  • @beardy443 does the vet have to chop it off!? hmmmm

  • thats the same as my snake slivern plus the problem wit your snakes tail is that the shop u bought it of was feeding it live food and some times the mice nibble at the tail of the snake

  • Your reptils snakes\lizards are awsome

  • Very good.

  • I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. I got my Corn May 10th or so, he is just a baby and he has not shed since I got him. The person I bought him from said he shed a couple days before I picked him up. Should he have shed by now?

  • now dont rely on me im just trying to help as best i can. i've heard that snakes usually shed every 7 weeks, so i dont think your corn should have shed yet. then again how old is he? i think hatchlings/juveniles shed more. you should read a book and get some more info on snake shedding if you're worried. hope i helped a bit at least :)

  • no. they shed once aq mont or so.

  • Yea he just shed so im glad he is sheding normally

  • is it ok to use carefresh

  • for substrate? then yes, it's good

  • I LOVE YOURE SNAKE i have the same one i got him after my frog died he jumped hit the wall broke his back and was paralized and noone knew

  • my corn snake has not been eating for 4 weeks can u plz help me out???

  • 1st of all is it shedding??

    If it is thats natural.

Lack of eating is the 1st sign of the snake being ill.

Id advise you to check the corn snake out. Is their something wrong with him??

If there is go to a vet. I'd go to a vet any way.

    Hope this hlped

    good luck :)

  • good vid 5*

  • mines name is blizzard

  • Hes cool looking. I have a 2' Okeetee and a baby blizzard. Cool to see that so many people have corn snakes. didnt realize they were so popular.

  • Is your snake's tail about to fall off? Looks dead. Or is it just white like that?

  • I got him like that when he was a hatchling, his shed built up killing his tail, it's dead, I tried so many things, it's ok he'll be fine.

  • @Cornsnake33 my lil corn has a bild up of shed on his tail what should i do his tail is not dead or anything yet

  • @Cornsnake33 when that whapens yo need to put her in hot water and gently take the skin off !

im not sure if its like that but i think it is !

  • so i can handle it in my hand watever and it wont even try to jump or bite me?

    plz send me msg back

  • Not trying to offend you by saying i don't like snakes and reptiles,i just wouldn't want to handle things that have fangs and bite you.

  • 1st of they don't have fangs! 2nd Corns don't bite!

  • I came back to see your replies, sounds like you know alot about snakes and reptiles etc.

They all evidently need heat lamps, that person i knew had a heat lamp and he kept iguanas.I think he had one?

  • they can bite u tho, i have 3 corn snakes and 1 of them really dont likes being handled, and he struck at me once. Didnt actually bite me tho, i guess he just wanted to scare me off. But still, they could bite you if they really wanted to.

  • @Cornsnake33 All snakes have fangs and Cornsnakes Do bite mine bites, and some of my others dont so yea

  • @chatt12345 all snakes dont have fangs only venomous snakes do no venomous snakes have teeth

  • @Cornsnake33 they actually can strike people. they have little teeth that will hurt a little when they strike you. my sister has been striked a few times by hers.

  • @Cornsnake33 well, u said corns dont bite... well then how come mine did!!! not to start a fight or anything...just that he did...

  • @Cornsnake33 ummmmm... corns do bite maybe yours dont but ALL snakes bite unless they dony have mouths in which case would ne pretty cool!!! :)

  • @Cornsnake33 i gota corn snake today and it bit me so what now haha jk not being mean

  • @Cornsnake33 corns do bite! trust me iv seen it and they draw blood!

  • @cutegal267 but not much

  • @lahusso then i guess you shouldnt have dogs or anything with teeth because snakes are just as likely to bite as dogs and normal pets
