This is his best album: Yes, even better than the masterful "Shadows Collide with People." This album maintained the most unique atmosphere I have ever experienced. This is his masterpiece.

OK--so I've been totally immersed in this album for 5 days and I'm telling you guys GET THIS ALBUM. John has reached a new level. The extra instruments/vocals, etc. add another dimension to the songs. This is his best album yet, IMO. A lot of the songs are what I call "2-in-1" meaning the first half of the song is completely different than the last half, so get The Empyrean and listen to the songs all the way through. GOD--I LOVE this album!
