Well, yes and no...NIN is Trent's band, he is the lone creator since he made his first record in his garage, and since then he's had hired help playing what he wrote for studio recordings and tours...but the members constantly change.
Yeah, when they play LIVE. You do realize that Reznor is THE guiding force for NIN. All their albums he's played every part except drums. Sometimes he will have people come into record drums though. But still, the band is Trent Reznor.

well actually i would because it wasnt like i lost someone close and religion promised me anything. I spiraled down until i did something dumb. I was saved. I respect your decision to nto believe but hell, i dont know 100% that im right. and im sure there is something that is there that makes you wonder what it. I just hate people that think that everyon has to believe the same thing as them. Like you and the catholic church. and trust me ive thought about religion way too long also.

The bible is up for interpretation? Really? Have you bothered to read it? Besides it being a complete contradiction (the old vs the new testament) it has a little room for any interpretation! Well, yes and no...NIN is Trent's band, he is the lone creator since he made his first record in his garage, and since then he's had hired help playing what he wrote for studio recordings and tours...but the members constantly change.

Nine Inch Nails is a band, not a solo act. And he has not played every instrument on every record. He does have band members. Trent Reznor is just the only permanent member. and the founder. And on some albums and songs he has played the instruments, but not them all.

No... NIN is a solo act. It's as simple as that. Trent is the creative force behind it, and on all of the albums (excluding ghosts and the slip), he has played the vast majority of the instruments- only taking other people on occasionally to play with him.
The band members are organized for touring, but in the studio, where the music is made, it's all trent.

*sigh* No, NIN IS JUST TRENT. Other people come on to play on tours, but Trent makes the music, produces the music, writes the lyrics, and organizes the tour. He is taking a break from music for a while, and is going to pusue other interests, like the HBO series on Year Zero. NIN can't break up because it IS IN FACT JUST TRENT.
