  • Funny thats my routine right now. I'm trying to get up to a 6 minute mile from a 10 minute mile for 2 miles and 80 push ups in a minute and 80 sit ups in a minute and 20 pull ups in a minute after bodybuilding for 20 years. I'm losing size but miss the endurance oh yeah.

  • Kevin still has some extra skin from the old days, it makes the rest of him look a little flabbier than he actually is.

  • I met a couple of times Levrone a a long while back.Once in New York at the swartzenegger classic .and once in Wash DC at a night club called the Z club(it no longer is there I think) But he was a nice guy,and didn't even correct me when Imiss pronounced his name .

  • @TheSkull159 that's just an opinion. Professional bodybuilders have a physique I desire and admire very much so. Though I believe Kevin looks awesome here, there is no doubt in my mind he looked much more incredible in his competition days.

  • Hes still on the gear. Like most bodybuilders have damaged their hpta and there hypergulums that regulates there hormones. Levrone is still a the king on a trt dose of about 500mg

  • How often should a muscle part be workout? Coz i love doing bench pressing everyday. But i was told i should only workout chess every 3days or 72 hours. Whats your take on this. I appreciate your input.

  • @Russisretard i Don't feel like I'm over training, infact i feel like i'm improving & getting even stronger every time. I worked out chest, shoulder & tricep every other day. I guess like kevin levrone says, were all different. My muscles recovers quickly than yours. hahaha

  • @LS96SPD You can do that early on but you will plateau very quickly. Even fully geared bodybuilders can't train body parts that frequently.

  • @LS96SPD Get on a routine like reg parks or rippetoes . Get over to bodybuilding(dot)com so you can learn these things . Anyway only bench twice a week . Get on a 3 day split for beginners like the ones i mentioned above .

  • @LS96SPD minimum of 48 hours of rest for each muscle group. However; The chest, back and legs will more likely be hit more intensly requiring more rest. That being said I would not train those body parts more than 2 times a week but this depends on your intensity and amount of sets you do per muscle. technically you could train chest once every two days if youre on a fullbody regimement.

  • The thing about steroids is that it doesnt create testosterone, it enhances it... That is why bodybuilders age so quickly when they stop competing,, like arnold. He became all shriveled up but then was able to get in shape for terminator 3 because of his muscle memory, but he's now back to the shriveled state. If you look at Kevin... he continues to persist in his physique. His muscle memory might have helped him in the beginning, but almost all of this transformation is his own human effort. :)

  • Can you even say you're natural after using steroids... with muscle memory and such stuff you will regain the strength easily... you will never be 100% natural... but you're still a great motivator though

    If anything, he wont get even close to the same level he was at BEFORE he took the roids.

    The reason is because his body probably has a hard time creating its own testosterone after heavy, long term steroid use.

    When Kevin was huge, he looked incredible! He had proportions, good vascularity and overall just a monster.

    Today he still looks amazing, but saying he looks better?

It certainly does not take years for test levels to return to normal (even if you start at a really young age, as young as 14, test levels will return to baseline as long as they once had a baseline to begin with. And you can get hormone replacement therapy to speed up the process), it may take as long as several months maximum. Number 2. You don't realize that Kevin was still young when he retired, most guys are pretty old and don't feel the need to stay in shape.

Yea thats a lot bigger and its hard to believe but look at his older vids where hes comepeting and the difference is drastic

  • It's great for me watching this becouse we have the largest natural outdoor gym in canada in fort mac also along a path. It has machines like you'd see in the gym but it uses your own body weight it's pretty cool. But the horrible part it that the winters last more then half the year.

And roids nowadays have components to avoid gyno.

    I go out for a run after I workout, not for too long cause I don't want to lose muscle and I'm not overweight to begin with, then I come in and have a protein shake that I make.
