Those officers were in clear violation of the Constitution. If this was, in fact, public property and a public meeting she did not violate any laws. Those officers followed an unlawful order from the secret service. Her citation should not be held against her in the courts.

Someone edited this video as to make it appear like security had absolutely no rationale for telling this woman to leave, when obviously she seems to have done something... She was carrying a duragatory sign of some sort and likely did something else. If security feels she is a threat, they are allowed to expel her.

Someone edited this video as to make it appear like security had absolutely no rationale for telling this woman to leave, when obviously she seems to have done something... She was carrying a duragatory sign of some sort and likely did something else. If security feels she is a threat, they are allowed to expel her.
But McCain would be obliged with preparing and wouldn't be making such a decision... people are just dumb and eat this political smear crap up.

This was just a case of ridiculous police handling. The Lady was not allowed to be there with the sign, secret service can stop people froma an event for any reason. The police, however should have told them that she was checked out, and posed no threat. They should have insisted that the Secret Service not force this Lady out, because it was a public venue.

I am a Republican. I take no offense at the sign she held. But, I think what most of you are missing is the point that the Secret Service requested she and others leave. They are within their rights to do so and have done so at Democratic functions as well with Republicans who have showed up to protest. Do I think it right, no, because I believe everyone should be allowed to say what they want as long as it's peaceful.
