2wenty6ix you are a joke. Just because DnB has progressed a bit from Jungle, hell by 1999 weren't you getting a bit bored of the same amen breaks coming out with a bit of bass on it? I know I was, and so were all the producers and DJ's. That's why they developed the DnB we hear today. Don't get me wrong, I still bust out all my old vinyl, but to be blunt, why do you think all the oldskool heads, are now producing and playing this and tunes like it? Because everyone was bored. Jungle got rinsed.

utter tripe and trash like this is what's making drum and bass a joke. seriously -- this track is completely and totally, 100% anti-creative. there is nothing to the drums, the synth line, the bassline... it's ridiculously simple. simple music for simple-minded people i guess... seems a lot of the smart headz are the old-schoolers... pathetic

I'm one of the real old-schoolers as in I remember when drum and bass didn't even exist.
My take? Open your mind: simple doesn't equal crap. Clipz is one of the most prolific producers in DnB history and his output is worthy of respect.
Maybe you should show us some of your productions if you're so sure you have the answers.
For the record I think this track is brilliant (video too) even though I am slowly moving away from vinyl meself!
