it took me one day to learn the problem is both your elbows need to me the same way, you put one elbow to far away which causes pain. abother impotant note is that you can break your wrists if you do it wrong.

only thing I found a little bad like you sad was your shuffles.

what I do is land on my front foots toes high so have my front foot on an angle of maybe 75degrees vertical.

and when you shuffele to your next foot you should have a split second of holding your back foot in the toe position.

giving you that cool shuffle effect
