Do you speak german? The man who built this is Peter Michel. Search for his name here on youtube and you will find a TV documentation about bulding this fabulous model. In this video it is told that every of the 4 Turbines costs 3000 EUR - so this means, for 15.000$ you won't even get a part of the material of this model - not to speak from the 3500 hours he spent on building it...
