You must use a motorcycle round-section tyre!! (and wheel) not a car flat one!!!
Tell the truth, it sure is too heavy to move that big car wheel.

Thank you for the comment.
I know that this bike looks unridable and impractical but it actually corners quite well and is no problem to move,(and get to a frightening speed.)
I used it to cycle to work for a while; three miles up and down steep hills.
Make one and see.
