I know the last one was posted 7 months ago but comments like "uh.... ok?" and "Seriously?" aren't neccessary. It was nice of this person to put this up and there is no reason to put stupid comments that don't involve a question, compliment, suggestion or answer to someone elses question. If you don't like the video the why are you here? Why waste anymore of your time typing a comment? You're not impressing anyone trying to make someones tutorial look stupid.

do a google search on div layers =] that will give you a basic div code and the positioning is mostly trial and error unless you feel like doing some math.

paint isn't as simple as some people think, but it's not as complex either. so what, you can upload a picture, move some circles onto it, color them, and do it again. why is that so mystifying?

It's not, and this wasn't to show off that I can do it, I don't use paint, I use adobe photoshop. I made this because several neopets users would like to be able to make a layout for their guild, but don't know how and don't have fancy programs. Sorry for coming off as rude earlier, but I just made this to try to help people, and believe it or not it actually did help quite a few people, so I don't and will not regret posting it.

I've had one for a longggg time, it's where i got into photoshop and stuff. i was like i'd look at a picture, even it was pink with black words i'd be like WOAHHHH HOW DID THEY DO THAT!??!?!? so i read on and on and learnt, my uncle gave me photoshop, and voila. photoshop nerd =D i dont go on often, i mainly like the layouts, its a good pass time, and i have an animal rights group on there that is under construction. I'm 15, to answer the question, which is WAYYYY younger than some.

Only problem is that paint doesn't have layers, so how did you get the circle stamps to not have white backgrounds?

the video cut it off, but i mentioned it on the page. go to image > and make sure draw opaque is NOT checked.
