Hi there, you need to make sure you have the hair selected first. That is very important or it will do what yours just did. Follow the video to the letter and it will work. When you get it right then you can tweak the method.

Actually, a much faster way would be to use the lasso and go around the hair. Then use the paint can, change the tolerance and opacity, and put it in. Bam, instant.

Answer to those questions about "how to get photoshop cs 3(or older versions) for free". Well, yes it may be illegal, but I don't really care, since the whole world downloads things illegaly from the net lol. Just go to "MININOVA(dot)COM" and type photoshop cs 3 + crack in the search back, oh and its a "torrent" site! I downloaded Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect from there, and they work great. :)
