Knee still swollen 1 week later, quads still tight, but I can walk without a limp. It seems that the swelling has decreased.

I had this procedure done on both knees. I hope his camera is really magnified because it looks like he's taking a lot out. It's a shame to lose that cushioning but leaving it in is even worse.
