to get cold blooded pro very quickly, equip it obviously, have a machine gun and at, now shoot down enemy pave low and at the point where the pave low is spinning in air keep shootin at it with your gun, each hit counts as a streak, you will see the cold blooded level shoot up, thumbs up cos im class lol
