This is what supose to replace the rx-8?? it looks to much like a furai. I understand all the auto car makers want their cars to look all future like. But lets slow down the the deisgn. But guys dont forget the rx-9 hasent been made yet. it might be a winning car. if you remember when the rx-7 was replaced by the rx-8 ppl didnt like it. and well low and behold the rx-8 became a winner

Concept cars have unlimited budgets & the design factor, as far as sheet metal molding, also has unlimited budgets so a car can be designed very sexy a la Ferrari, Lambourgini, etc. But in mass production car manufacturers factor in production costs, chasis & design molding & lastly it's retail price. They can't mass produce a car that sexy & sell it on the cheap. So that's why concepts usually look way better than production. It's all about operating costs & overhead.

If you look in other videos, youll notice the car looks a bit longer, I actually prefer it this way, having a shorter car is more efficient, not to mention more room to kick out the rear =)

you can bet 100 dollars that concept will never be sold like how it is.....it will come out all bland and ugly....they will never sell it like how you see the concept they will fuck it up!

@ankhenaten2 Yeah totally, i profundally hate when car makers make a concept car and then sometimes they dont produce it or it doesn't look anythnig like the concept. The only one that we can still thrust is vauxhall cuz they always make the concepts like the cars. Why do concepts have to be sooooooooooooo futuristic????????????????????­????????(sorry for bad english im portuguese)

@ankhenaten2 now its 10month later and the Minagi concept was introduced as CX5. and it looks pretty much the same except for more realistic mirrors n lights.
